Vytl Protein bars

INGREDIENTS

  • 40g oats
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30g dates (about 1 large date, chopped)
  • 15g nuts (chopped)
  • 15g cup dried fruit (chopped)
  • 15g cup chocolate chips
  • 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, Provytl, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Add in the dates, nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate chips and mix until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread out into a thin layer.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

To Serve

Enjoy on the go as a snack, or crumble over a bowl of fruit salad for a tasty dessert.
