Vytl Protein bars

INGREDIENTS
- 40g oats
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30g dates (about 1 large date, chopped)
- 15g nuts (chopped)
- 15g cup dried fruit (chopped)
- 15g cup chocolate chips
- 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, Provytl, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add in the dates, nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate chips and mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread out into a thin layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
To Serve
Enjoy on the go as a snack, or crumble over a bowl of fruit salad for a tasty dessert.
