INGREDIENTS

Method

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes for around 20 minutes until tender. Let them cool and cut them into cubes of 1 cm.
  2. Peel and slice the onion. Fry at low heat in the oil until soft and golden.
  3. Add the potato cubes to the frying pan.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the whole egg with the egg whites and Provytl.
  5. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and onions in the frying pan.
  6. Add the salt and fry until the omelette has set.
  7. Turn it over with a spatula and fry it on the other side.

To Serve

With a fresh mixed salad.
