Provytl sourdough

INGREDIENTS

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the sourdough starter, flour, Provytl, and salt.
  2. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  6. Grease a baking sheet and place the dough on the sheet.
  7. Brush the top of the dough with the olive oil.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

To Serve

Leave to cool before slicing, and serve simply with butter, or try cheddar cheese and pickled onions.
