Provytl sourdough

Makes 1 small loaf

INGREDIENTS
- 260g sourdough starter
- 120g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+
Method
- In a medium bowl, mix together the sourdough starter, flour, Provytl, and salt.
- Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Grease a baking sheet and place the dough on the sheet.
- Brush the top of the dough with the olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
To Serve
Leave to cool before slicing, and serve simply with butter, or try cheddar cheese and pickled onions.
