INGREDIENTS
- 75g frozen berries
- 120g Greek yogurt
- 60ml (4 tablespoons) milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+
Method
- Place the frozen berries, yogurt, Provytl, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
To Serve
Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings, such as nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, and/or granola.
