INGREDIENTS

  • 75g frozen berries
  • 120g Greek yogurt
  • 60ml (4 tablespoons) milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+

Method

  1. Place the frozen berries, yogurt, Provytl, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.

To Serve

Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings, such as nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, and/or granola.
