Protein packed waffles

INGREDIENTS
- 40g plain flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30g melted butter
- 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+
Method
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, Provytl, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Once the waffle maker is hot, spray it with cooking spray or brush with oil.
- Pour the batter into the waffle maker, making sure to fill the wells.
- Close the lid and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully remove the waffles from the waffle maker and place them on a wire rack to cool.
To Serve
Serve the waffles warm with your favourite toppings, such as fresh berries, whipped cream, maple syrup, or nut butter.
