Protein Flapjacks

INGREDIENTS
- 30g oats
- Pinch of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C and grease a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, Provytl, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread out into a thin layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
