Protein Brownies

INGREDIENTS
- 185g chocolate
- 185g butter
- 255g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 90g plain flour
- Icing sugar for dusting
- 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 C. Butter and line a 20cm x 20cm tin.
- Break up the chocolate with the butter and melt in the microwave for about 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Beat the sugar and eggs in a bowl.
- Stir in the melted chocolate, add the flour and Provytl and beat well.
- Pour into the tin and bake for 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool in the tin.
To Serve
Dust with icing sugar, cut into 12 squares and serve with seasonal berries.
