Protein boosted avocado toast

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • 4 cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+


  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix in the Provytl.
  3. Spread the mixture on the toast.

To Serve

Top with the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
