Protein boosted avocado toast

INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 4 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Toast the bread.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix in the Provytl.
- Spread the mixture on the toast.
To Serve
Top with the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
