Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 80g plain flour
- A pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 300ml milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+
Method
- Mix the flour, Provytl and salt into a mixing bowl.
- Make a well in the centre of the flour and break the eggs into it.
- Whisk the eggs into the flour mixture.
- Gradually add about a third of the milk and whisk. Add the oil and slowly add the rest of the milk, whisking until the batter is smooth, with the consistency of thin cream.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over a moderate heat, then wipe it with oiled kitchen paper.
- Pour some batter into the pan, tilting the pan to move the mixture around for a thin and even layer.
- Leave to cook, undisturbed, for about 1 minute until golden underneath. Loosen the bottom of the pancake with a spatula then flip.
- Cook for 1 minute on the other side, and then remove from the pan.
To Serve
Add your favourite sweet or savoury toppings and enjoy!
