Provytl protein recipe pancakes.

INGREDIENTS

Method

  1. Mix the flour, Provytl and salt into a mixing bowl.
  2. Make a well in the centre of the flour and break the eggs into it.
  3. Whisk the eggs into the flour mixture.
  4. Gradually add about a third of the milk and whisk. Add the oil and slowly add the rest of the milk, whisking until the batter is smooth, with the consistency of thin cream.
  5. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a moderate heat, then wipe it with oiled kitchen paper.
  6. Pour some batter into the pan, tilting the pan to move the mixture around for a thin and even layer.
  7. Leave to cook, undisturbed, for about 1 minute until golden underneath. Loosen the bottom of the pancake with a spatula then flip.
  8. Cook for 1 minute on the other side, and then remove from the pan.

To Serve
