Oat Balls
Serves 4 (5 each)
Make in 10 mins, ready to eat after 2 hours
INGREDIENTS
- 150 g oats
- 280 g pitted soft dates
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+
Method
Put the oats in a blender and pulse. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until a dough is formed. Shape into 20 balls, put in the fridge.
To Serve
Remove from the fridge after 2 hours and enjoy!
