Jo’s Story

A friend told me about Provytl and how it helps with muscle recovery. I’d prefer not to have floppy muscles in old age! I’ve been taking it for eight months now and it’s given me a sense of wellbeing, which I think comes from knowing I’m doing my body good. I like the fact it’s unflavoured, so you can add it to drinks and food – and I love the fact it’s low calorie. I normally take mine as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon pick-me-up, blended with strawberries, banana and ice. Delicious!
