Ice cream with protein boost

Ready in 4-5 hours
INGREDIENTS
- 120ml almond milk
- 120ml cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50g sugar
- 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+
Method
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Provytl, almond milk, cream, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
(If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can still make the ice cream by pouring the mixture into a shallow dish and freezing it for about 1-2 hours. Then, remove the dish from the freezer and use a fork to scrape the frozen edges into the middle. Repeat this process every 30 minutes until the ice cream is thick and creamy).
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
To Serve
Serve the Provytl ice cream on its own or with your favourite toppings, such as fresh berries, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips.
