Helena’s Story

I have a very busy lifestyle and work out most days, so I’ve long been conscious to including protein in my diet: I generally have eggs for breakfast and meat as part of my evening meal. However, a few weeks ago I read a blog about Provytl, and I realised I could probably benefit from upping my protein intake.
