I have a very busy lifestyle and work out most days, so I’ve long been conscious to including protein in my diet: I generally have eggs for breakfast and meat as part of my evening meal. However, a few weeks ago I read a blog about Provytl, and I realised I could probably benefit from upping my protein intake. Now, every morning after I’ve trained, I make myself a smoothie with a sachet of Provytl mixed in. I’m only a month in, so it’s too early for me to see any results, but I’ve already told lots of friends about it, as it’s the only protein powder I know specifically designed for our age group.
