Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS
- 210g softened butter
- 50g caster sugar
- 120g plain flour
- 35g white or milk chocolate chips
- 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+
Method
- Heat the oven to 180C.
- Cream the butter in a large bowl with a wooden spoon or in a until it is soft.
- Add the sugar and keep beating until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Sift in the flour, Provytl and chocolate chips.
- Bring the mixture together with your hands until it forms a dough.
- Roll a tbsp of dough into a ball and flatten a little. Place them slightly apart from each other on a baking sheet.
- Bake them in the oven for around 10-12 mins until they are golden brown and slightly firm on top. Leave the cookies on a cooling rack for around 15 mins.
To Serve
With your choice of hot drink or crumbled onto yoghurt or ice cream.
