Banana Bread with a Provytl twist

Serves 2-3

INGREDIENTS
- 50g unsalted butter
- 80g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe banana
- 100g self-raising flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Chocolate chips or buttons
- 1 Sachet of Provytl 50+
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C and line a loaf tin with no-stick baking parchment paper.
- Add all ingredients, apart from the chocolate, into a mixing bowl and beat with a wooden spoon or electric whisk until well blended.
- Stir the chocolate chips or crushed buttons into the mixture.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared baking tin and level the surface.
- Bake for 1 hour until golden brown.
- Leave the loaf to cool for 10 minutes in the tin.
To Serve
Slice while warm and try with blueberries and yoghurt or a fresh fruit salad.
